- Diversity: This criterion assesses the share of the candidate's nationality among the organization's PMETs. Organizations are encouraged to have a diverse workforce.
- Support for Local Employment: Organizations that create opportunities for the local workforce and build complementary teams of both local and foreign professionals are recognized.
Bonus Criteria:
- Skills Bonus (Shortage Occupation List): This bonus is awarded for jobs that require highly specialized skills, which are in shortage in the local workforce.
